BRIEF

Only 1 in 3 people realise heart disease is the single biggest killer of Australian women, claiming the lives of 25 women every day.

How can we create more awareness in women to understand what can be done to prevent heart disease?

SOLUTION

A socially led integrated campaign using an emotional and shareable device that was personal enough to bring the message home, yet powerful enough to generate its own momentum and spread the word.

 

IDEA

#heartsalute - A simple, unbranded device that gave people an opportunity to salute the sweet hears, the love hearts, the kind hearts, and the lion hearts in their lives through their social channels, designed to generate enough intrigue to inspire people to find out about the heart disease.

RESULTS

  • Over 1,200 #heartsalutes captured
  • Over 320,000 people engaged with the campaign
  • Equaling over 10 million impressions
